Service Strategy
1. The customer provides drawings and clearly marks the required processing content (welding, tempering, heat treatment, CNC processing, sandblasting, painting, packaging, etc.), and we make a preliminary quotation based on the drawings.
2. After the customer approves the preliminary quotation, the two parties will communicate the details of the drawings. It is best for customers to provide the installation method, usage scenarios, etc. of the product so that we can better evaluate the welding strength, processing method, etc. of the product.
2. Make samples according to the requirements of customers. Some automated welding products require the production of tooling fixtures, and the cost of the tooling fixtures needs to be borne by the customer. (If the number of orders reaches a certain amount, we can refund the corresponding tooling costs)
3. After both parties confirm the drawings, determine the delivery date, sign the contract, and pay the deposit. If you need to make tooling, the production time starts when the custom tooling is completed.
4. Product delivery is in accordance with the contract.
