What are the links in the complete process of one-stop processing of steel structure parts?

Publish Time: 2024-12-18
One-stop processing of steel structure parts covers a series of closely connected links, which together build an efficient, precise and high-quality production chain.

The first is the raw material procurement link. According to the order requirements and project design specifications, the enterprise carefully selects the appropriate steel varieties, specifications and quality grades, and purchases high-quality steel from reliable suppliers. This link requires strict control of the quality of raw materials to ensure that they meet the relevant standards and engineering requirements, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing.

Then enter the steel pretreatment stage. After the steel enters the factory, it must be straightened, rust-removed and surface protected. Through professional straightening equipment, the bending, twisting and other deformations of the steel are corrected to ensure its flatness and straightness for subsequent precise processing. The rust removal process can be shot blasting or sand blasting to completely remove the oxide scale, rust and dirt on the surface of the steel, providing good surface conditions for painting and welding. Then the primer is applied to enhance the corrosion resistance of the steel.

Cutting and unloading is one of the key steps. Using advanced CNC cutting equipment, such as CNC flame cutting machine, plasma cutting machine or laser cutting machine, the steel is accurately cut into the required shape and size according to the design drawings. CNC technology ensures high cutting accuracy, fast speed and good incision quality, which can effectively reduce material waste and improve production efficiency.

Then enter the processing and forming stage. For components such as steel beams and steel columns, drilling, milling, bending and other processing operations are required to meet specific connection and construction requirements. For example, holes are drilled at the ends of steel beams to install bolt connection pairs, and steel plates are processed into the required arc or angle by bending machines. In this process, high-precision processing equipment and skilled operators cooperate with each other to ensure the shape and size accuracy of the components.

The welding process follows. Various welding processes, such as manual arc welding, gas shielded welding or submerged arc welding, are used to weld the cut and processed steel parts into complete steel structures. During the welding process, the welding parameters, weld quality and welding deformation are strictly controlled, and the welding strength and dimensional accuracy of steel structures are guaranteed through reasonable welding sequence and pre-deformation measures.

After welding is completed, the weld is inspected and corrected. Ultrasonic flaw detection, radiographic flaw detection and other detection methods are used to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the weld quality to ensure that there are no welding defects. For the deformation caused during welding, mechanical correction or flame correction and other methods are used to correct it so that the steel structure parts can be restored to the shape and size required by the design.

The last step is painting and packaging. According to the requirements of the project, the steel structure parts are painted with topcoat to further enhance their anti-corrosion and decorative properties. After the painting is completed, packaging protection is carried out, and appropriate packaging materials and methods are used to prevent the steel structure parts from being damaged during transportation and storage.

The various links of one-stop processing of steel structure parts are closely linked. Through advanced technology, equipment and scientific management, efficient transformation from raw materials to high-quality finished products is achieved, providing solid and reliable steel structure support for many fields such as construction and industry.
